INSTRUCTIONS AFTER PURCHASE:

Once you have made the purchase, you will be sent a questionnaire and please allow up to 3-5 business days after you send back your completed questionnaire, to have your plan emailed back to you! All my plans are completely customized, and it does take some time to ensure they are perfect!
